Make a wish!
We all have dreams,
very different kind of dreams. We keep them in a safe place deep inside our
hearts, wrapped with a lot of hope and love. Some wishes we forget and leave in
our past, others we carry throughout our entire life, trying to make them come
true.
The first kinds are
usually our children’s dreams – so simple and pure. As little kids we want to
have fun, have more time to play outside with friends and sometimes we desire
to posses an interesting toy. As time passes and we grow up, we change, our way
of thinking changes. We see the world in a different way. Things we cherish are
not what they used to be. We want, search and hope for new wishes to come true.
During this period of becoming adults, we often go after even stuff like climbing
the highest mountain, traveling all around the world, inventing something
unique and useful, may be flying to the Moon or why not Jupiter, finding a cure
for a disease, becoming a specialist at something – famous archeologist, brave
fireman, well-known writer, fabulous pilot etc. We simply want to enjoy to the
fullest every single day. We search friends to share the incredible experience
of living with and manage to find them. We look for love and some are lucky
enough to discover it. In our youth we are
full of energy, enthusiasm, passion, a wild fire burns inside that gives us the
strength, will and desire to fight for what we want, for our dreams.
“And yet it moves”!
It doesn’t matter who said – Galileo or someone else, - because it’s a fact and
time goes with it. Some people succeed in realizing their dreams, others –
continue trying. But there also are people who prefer to keep one wish unrealized
even when they have an opportunity to make it come true. Why would they do
that? – you may ask. It’s simple – to have something that will help fire burn
to the very last day. You may hear them talk about it, making plans how they
are going to make it real and you’ll see the light of that fire in their eyes
and on their smiling faces.
But after all that
searching and fighting, one day we realize that what we really want has always
been in front us, near us. How come?! Well, it comes a time when we see that
what really matters in life is to have a family, relatives, home and of course
love to make it all special and to make you feel the happiest man. This is the dream
that is worth every effort.
No matter if you already have it all or still
craving for it, never stop wishing, dreaming and believing. Continue searching
for new goals to accomplish, new purposes that will take you on a new adventure
– the adventure of making them come true.
